Register as a new patient – note that you must be at least 18 years old and have a UK address.

Book your online consultation using our appointment system on Semble. The minimum notice for booking is 48 hours.

New Patients
New patients must complete the registration process by submitting a New Patient Registration Form prior to booking the first consultation. Please follow the steps in the First Consultation section below.
Returning Patients
- If you have been seen in the past 12 months, you can book a follow up consultation. There are typically two follow up consultations after the initial consultation. To book, please click on the light blue button in the Follow Up Consultation section below.
- If you have not been seen in the past 12 months, you will need to book a first consultation by clicking on the dark blue button in the First Consultation section below.
Cancellation of an Appointment
To cancel an appointment, use the link provided in the confirmatory email sent from vejonconsultive@outlook.com when your booking was made. The minimum notice for cancellations is 24 hours.
First Consultation
If you are a new patient, please read our Terms and Conditions (green button) and follow these steps:
1. Register. You must complete and submit the New Patient Registration Form before booking the first consultation. If you have not yet submitted the form, please click on the red button below.
2. Book your online consultation. After your New Patient Registration Form has been submitted, click on the dark blue button to book your first consultation through our online appointment system on Semble.
Follow Up Consultations
The first follow up is typically 4 weeks after the first consultation.
The second follow up is approximately 6 weeks after the first follow up.
In the online appointment system, please select the appropriate follow up consultation type from the drop-down menu:

- Select this for your 1st follow up -
Adult Long Haulers Follow Up Consultation 2
- Select this for your 2nd follow up -
Adult Long Haulers Follow Up Consultation 3+
- Select this if you have had 2 or more follow up consultations to date
